Established in Mumbai, India, in 1996, SWASAN specializes in the production of Micronised Thermoplastic Powders in various types and particle sizes under the brand name SWAMILL POWDERS. Expanding our operations, a second plant was inaugurated in Chennai in 1998, marking a significant milestone in our expansion program. This facility focused on the production of powders under the brand name SHRIPLAS POWDERS. With two state-of-the-art manufacturing units and consistently high-quality powders, SWASAN has solidified its position as the market leader, standing as the largest manufacturer in Asia.

In 2010, SWASAN took a strategic step by introducing a new vertical ­ the manufacturing of Hot Melt Films under the brand SWABOND and specialty Hot Melt Coatings including SWAMELT & SWAFUSE.   As pioneers in this field, SWASAN has steadfastly maintained its market share, proudly holding the title of the largest manufacturer of Hot Melt Films in South Asia to date.

The year 2014 marked another pivotal moment with the establishment of a dedicated Research and Development team. This initiative sparked innovation across all sectors touched by SWASAN.
